HELLO!

My name is ´Ángeles and I am Sevillian by birth, creator of Seville with aluza and guide-facilitator of experiences in Seville.

As a tourism technician, for more than 30 years I have been dedicated to the tourism industry in its multiple facets in Seville.

I am a mindfulness and meditation instructor and my passion is to accompany you through my city and provide value through mindfulness techniques to help you live a fuller and more conscious life.

With Seville with Aluza, I have managed to unify both passions by offering a unique and differential proposal: mindful tourism experiences or conscious tourism. I believe that it is possible to discover Seville in a more conscious way, getting away from the noise and stress that often accompanies us in daily life, and connecting with ourselves and our environment.

As a qualified tourism guide, together with my experience and knowledge of the city of Seville in addition to my training in mindfulness and meditation, I accompany participants on a different tour, where the focus is on full attention, awareness, connection with the present moment, and appreciation of the beauty and stories that Seville has to offer.

Each of my activities is carefully designed to offer a unique experience, where mindfulness and well-being are the protagonists. Additionally, I make sure the groups are small, so the experience is more personalized and authentic.
